Louis-Marie Savatier’s practice focuses on corporate and financial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, and capital markets transactions.

Louis-Marie advises listed companies on corporate governance issues and represents French and international clients in strategic and complex transactions.

Louis-Marie is the author of a book on corporate law sanctions and contributes regularly to legal publications. He is also actively involved in training initiatives and working groups on topics related to his practice.

Louis-Marie joined the firm in 2019.
