Lucas Lonergan’s practice focuses on patent and trade secret disputes across federal district courts and at the Federal Circuit and Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Lucas’ patent and trade secret experience covers a wide variety of technologies, including cloud computing, cyber security, video streaming, computer networking, virtual reality, digital object detection, fitness devices, mobile communications, and medical devices. He leverages his technical background and litigation experience to develop and execute winning case strategies.

Lucas joined the firm in 2025 from another major international law firm.
