Magda Aref’s practice focuses on equity and debt capital markets, liability management transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate practice.

Magda regularly advises issuers, underwriters, and selling shareholders on primary and secondary equity offerings. Her work encompasses complex cross-border matters across Europe and the Middle East, with a focus on innovative deal structures and capital raising strategies.

Prior to joining Cleary in 2025, she practiced with leading law firms in Zurich and Vienna.
