Marc B. Rotter’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions and securities regulation.

He represents issuers, investment banks and buy-side investors in a variety of SEC-registered and private offerings, as well as advising on regulation and reporting under the Exchange Act, Investment Company Act matters and governance considerations.

Marc joined the firm in 2009 and became a senior attorney in 2018. From 2010 to 2013, he was resident in the London office.
