Marco Accorroni

Marco Accorroni’s practice focuses on internal and government investigations and related criminal and civil litigation.

Marco’s experience encompasses advising clients in relation to investigations by Italian public prosecutors and regulatory authorities as well as U.S. federal and state government departments and agencies, including the SEC, the OCC, the DOJ, the FTC, and the NY Attorney General.

Marco also defends companies and their senior management in a wide range of disputes involving alleged corporate misconduct and mass torts across several industries.

Marco initially joined the Rome office in 2017 and later moved to the New York office in 2022.
