  • Nortel Networks, Inc. and affiliates in their Chapter 11 proceedings involving multi-year cross-border litigation proceedings in the U.S., Canada, and Europe

  • A major foreign financial institution in U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of NY investigation into potential sanctions violations

  • A major financial institution on GDPR, US CLOUD ACT, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and data privacy generally as related to regulator exam responses, litigation, and regulatory enforcement work

  • Crédit Lyonnais and National Westminster Bank in lawsuits in New York federal court based upon allegations under the Anti-Terrorism Act that the banks are responsible for acts of international terrorism because they maintained accounts for Palestinian charities in France and England

  • Pro bono client in Tennessee in a declaratory judgment proceeding challenging the calculation of his life sentence 

  • Pro Bono Criminal Justice Act representation of individual charged with conspiracy to sell drugs
