Mark joined the firm in 2025. He advises public company clients and investors in connection with shareholder activism, corporate governance, proxy contests, withhold campaigns, settlement negotiations, hostile takeovers, and related matters, leveraging his experience representing various hedge funds and other investors in connection with shareholder activism matters at another law firm. He also advises clients on their public filings with the SEC, including Section 13 and Section 16 filings.
