Michael W. Bohner’s practice focuses on discovery, litigation, and antitrust matters.

As the Managing Discovery Attorney for the New York office, Michael leads the New York office’s Litigation e-Discovery Group. He advises clients on defensible data retention, preservation, collection, review, and production processes for litigation, arbitration, securities enforcement, and antitrust matters. He and his team specialize in the application of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics throughout the life cycle of matters. He also trains Cleary attorneys and co-counsel on discovery-related issues with a focus on both information governance and artificial intelligence, including predictive coding, and speaks externally on these issues.

Michael joined the firm in 2010 in our Washington D.C. office and became Managing Discovery Attorney in New York in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Michael worked at I.E. Discovery (now Deloitte), where he consulted with government clients about discovery and environmental issues.
