Michelle Willaert’s practice focuses on cross-border and domestic corporate and financial transactions, as well as corporate governance matters.
Michelle represents buyers and sellers in domestic and international M&A transactions. She also advises companies on corporate and securities law questions, including governance and market abuse matters.
Michelle joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced corporate law at another international law firm in Brussels.
