Mohammed Alismail’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures for public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and other financial investors, as well as on corporate governance matters.
He also has particular experience advising on transactions in Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East.
Mohammed joined the firm in 2026. Before joining Cleary, he was an associate at another international law firm in New York.
