Nadia Candelon’s practice focuses on structuring complex, multi-jurisdictional funds.

Nadia primarily advises fund sponsors and investors on the structuring, establishment, operation, and terms of alternative investment funds and other private investment structures. She also provides guidance to sponsors on their carry and co-investment arrangements.

Clients seek her representation in connection with commingled funds, funds of one, and separately managed accounts across a range of asset classes, including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, and fund of funds, typically for professional investors, but also for semi-professional and high-net-worth individual investors.

Nadia also advises on the full spectrum of fund lifecycle issues, including secondary transactions, fund reorganizations, operational matters, and investor relations. She is dedicated to creating bespoke solutions for both fund sponsors and institutional investors. Additionally, Nadia has experience advising hedge fund managers, including both established and start-up managers.

Her deep understanding of the asset management landscape, combined with a practical and client-focused approach, enables Nadia to provide strategic legal advice that helps clients navigate ever-changing regulatory and market conditions.
