Nadia Pascal’s practice focuses on financial services and regulatory work in the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Her work to date involves advising on cross-border regulatory issues relating to derivatives, regulatory authorisations and internal compliance policies and procedures.  She also advises on employment law and regulatory remuneration rules.

She recently returned from a client secondment at HSBC in London, where she worked with Global Markets Regulatory Compliance on Dodd-Frank Title VII issues, including cross-border issues.

Nadia joined the firm in 2014.
