Nicholas Maisel’s practice focuses on international and transnational disputes, with an emphasis on international arbitrations and discovery in aid of foreign litigations.

He has significant experience representing clients in 1782 proceedings including in the SDNY, as well as in the districts of New Jersey and Delaware and at the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
