Nikki Scott’s practice focuses on e-Discovery.

As a consulting attorney in the e-Discovery and Litigation Technology practice group, she blends her experience in antitrust, commercial litigation, government investigations and enforcement actions, and e-Discovery counseling to provide clients with practical, strategic, cost-effective solutions. 

Nikki works with the firm’s clients and case teams to develop e-Discovery strategies to drive efficiency and defensibility advising on the deployment of policy, process, and technology to reduce risk and cost. She strategically advises clients on defensible identification, data retention, preservation, collection, review, and production processes for complex national and international litigation and investigation matters.

Nikki assists clients in responding to subpoenas and inquiries from the Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and state attorney general offices. She works with clients to develop custom solutions for litigation and investigation matters, including reporting, data visualizations, analytics and machine learning strategies, workflows, and validation procedures.

Nikkisha joined the firm in 2012.
