Noemie Broussoux-Coutard’s practice focuses on intellectual property, technology, data, and commercial matters, including artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge concerns in the intellectual property field.
Noemie regularly advises leading multinational corporations and private equity firms in intellectual property, artificial intelligence, technology, cybersecurity, and privacy issues arising in transactional contexts, as well as projects involving licensing or acquisition of, or investment in, IP, data, and various technologies and creative assets, and she has particular experience in the video game, book publishing, and other IP-centered industries. Noemie’s pro bono practice focuses on matters related to immigration, particularly refugee and asylum applications in the UK and U.S.
Noemie joined the firm’s London office in 2026. Prior to joining Cleary, she practiced at a leading U.S. law firm in London and completed a one-year fellowship at the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva.
