Paul Kiernan’s practice focuses on cross-border discovery, internal investigations, antitrust and competition, and litigation and arbitration matters.
As the Senior Discovery Attorney in the Brussels office, Paul trains and leads e-Discovery and Litigation Technology case teams in Europe. He and the practice group focus on the preservation, collection, analysis, protection, and production of data in European, UK, and U.S. regulatory proceedings, investigations, and litigations. This includes the application of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics as well as client advisory on responses to requests for information, defensibility, legal professional privilege, and international privacy compliance.
Paul joined the firm in 2014 in the Washington, D.C. office and became Senior Discovery Attorney in 2024.
