Alexis Raguet’s practice focuses on corporate and financial law, with recognized experience in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
He advises major French and international corporations, financial institutions, and issuers on a wide range of complex, high-stakes cross-border transactions, including initial public offerings, private and public mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, and strategic corporate reorganizations.
Alexis joined the firm in 2021 and became a partner in 2025. Prior to joining Cleary, Alexis worked in the Paris and New York offices of a major international law firm for five years.
