Renée C. Gagné’s practice focuses on the structuring, formation, and operation of private investment funds.

Her experience covers a number of different private fund strategies, including leveraged buyout, growth equity, venture capital and conduits. Renée’s practice also includes GP-led secondary transactions, co-investments, funds-of-one and related matters, as well as investors on investments in private investment funds.

Renée joined the firm in 2017 and became a partner in 2026. From 2018-2019, she was resident in the London office.
