Renée C. Gagné’s practice focuses on the structuring, formation, and operation of private investment funds.

Her work includes advising fund managers on the formation of private investment funds and related matters, as well as investors on investments in private investment funds.

Renée joined the firm in 2017 and became a partner in 2026. From 2018-2019, she was resident in the London office.
