Rezzi Keim ‑ Ingemarsson

Rezzi’s practice focuses on competition law and digital regulation.
Her experience spans both public enforcement at the European Commission and private practice, including abuse of dominance proceedings, merger control, cartels, litigation, and State (fiscal) aid.
Prior to joining Cleary Gottlieb, Rezzi spent a number of years at the Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition, where she focused on the enforcement of the Digital Markets Act, abuse of dominance in the digital sector, and coordinated policy-making on informal guidance for businesses and data protection issues.
Rezzi works across industries, having advised clients active in the tech, telecoms, energy, and insurance sectors. She has particular expertise in the assessment of data in both competition and regulatory proceedings.
Rezzi joined the firm in 2025. She previously worked as an associate in the competition practice of a major international law firm and was also a researcher in the Legal Service of the UK Competition and Markets Authority. Rezzi is a dual national of Nigeria and Sweden.
