Riccardo Molè

Riccardo Molè’s practice focuses on EU and Italian competition law.

He advises clients active across a range of sectors on a broad spectrum of antitrust matters, including complex merger control proceedings, cartel investigations, other restrictive practices, and abuse of dominance cases, as well as appeals before the EU Courts and the Italian Administrative Courts. He regularly represents clients in civil court proceedings in connection with antitrust damages claims.

Riccardo joined the firm’s Milan office as a stagiaire in 2016 and was seconded to the Brussels office in 2025.
