Richard deC. Hinds’ practice focuses on administrative and civil litigation.
Richard joined the firm in 1973 and became a partner in 1977.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as special assistant to the Assistant Secretary of Trade Affairs in the U.S. Treasury Department from 1971 to 1973. He is currently General Counsel of the Citizens Association of Georgetown and a Director of the Chesapeake Legal Alliance.
