Robert has experience advising both domestic and international clients on a full range of transactions, including buyouts, disposals, joint ventures, minority investments, reorganizations, and restructurings, as well as on general corporate matters.
Robert joined the firm in 2025. He previously worked for a leading Irish law firm.
