Roberto Argeri’s practice focuses on national and international litigation and arbitration, including complex corporate disputes and insolvency proceedings.

He has almost twenty-years’ experience in the international dispute resolution practice of the firm, focusing on domestic and transnational litigation and arbitration on a wide range of civil and commercial matters, including financial, media, sports, automotive, consumers, bankruptcy, and competition law.

Roberto routinely leads the firm’s most complex and high-profile cross-border matters in Italy, coordinating domestic and international legal teams to navigate intricate multi-jurisdictional issues.

Roberto is part of the Executive Committee of the AIA-ArbIt-40 Group; he is currently a member of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers).

Since 2021, Roberto has been a member of ICC Institute of World Business Law.

Roberto joined the firm in 2005 as a trainee, became an associate in 2010 and was promoted to counsel in 2020.

He pursued an LLM at Columbia Law School in 2009-2010, where he distinguished himself as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

Roberto previously conducted legal research at the Department of Public Law of Pisa University in 2006, on a scholarship awarded by the Fondazione Uberto Bonino e Maria Sofia Pulejo.
