Rossella Miceli is a Senior Discovery Attorney and a member of the firm’s e-Discovery and Litigation Technology Europe team.
Rossella’s practice encompasses e-discovery across a broad range of matters, including antitrust investigations, litigation, internal investigations, arbitrations, dawn raids, and mergers. She manages day-to-day activities on multiple e-discovery projects, evaluating discovery needs on a case-by-case basis and developing tailored project strategies that identify the most efficient workflows. She contributes to the development of bespoke e-discovery strategies for each matter, coordinating among stakeholders and combining her legal knowledge with strong management and technical skills. Rossella advises legal teams on data collection, processing, document review, analytics and AI tools, privilege and privacy analysis, and production.
She manages and trains review attorneys on both the substantive and technical aspects of matters, implements rigorous quality-control standards across all project deliverables, and evaluates project results to identify best practices for future matters.
Rossella joined the firm in 2014.
