Samantha Martin’s practice focuses on developing and implementing strategic initiatives to advance and promote the firm’s restructuring practice.

Samantha currently serves as an At Large Director of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) and as the Newsletter Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) Unsecured Trade Creditors Committee.

Prior to 2023, Samantha was Of Counsel in the bankruptcy and restructuring group of another large international law firm, where her practice focused on the representation of debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors, ad hoc groups of bondholders and lenders, individual creditors, purchasers, and liquidating trustees in all aspects of complex corporate restructurings, including Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court transactions.

Samantha joined the firm in 2023.
