Sheldon H. Alster joined the firm in 1981 and became a partner in 1990, senior counsel in 2014, and partner emeritus in 2026. He was resident in the London office from 2008 to 2009.
While active, Sheldon’s practice focused on taxation and related matters, including the tax aspects of corporate acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and insolvencies, partnerships, and real estate.
