Shivani Bajpai’s practice focuses on corporate and private equity real estate transactions across a broad range of asset classes.
She advises financial sponsors, investment advisors, and corporates on real estate acquisitions, direct and indirect disposals, joint ventures, franchise agreements, and hotel management agreements. She has experience advising both UK-based and international clients operating across a wide variety of jurisdictions.
Shivani joined the firm as an associate in 2025 from another major international law firm.
