Shu Qin Low’s practice focuses on international debt financing transactions.

She advises private equity funds, financial institutions, corporates, and sovereigns on a wide range of financial products, including cross-border leveraged financings, high-yield financings, corporate lending, bonds, and derivatives, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition finance matters.

Shu Qin joined the firm in 2024 from a major international law firm.
