Sojung Yun’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation.
Sojung has litigated patent cases in federal district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Leveraging her engineering background, she has worked on patent cases spanning a wide range of technologies, including computer security, mobile devices, web technologies, photovoltaic systems, wireless charging, and LED devices. She has experience in all phases of patent litigation, including fact and expert discovery, claim construction, and trial. She also has experience in international arbitration involving technology and in IP due diligence.
Sojung joined the firm in 2026 from another international law firm. Prior to law school, she worked as an engineer focusing on computer vision at a global electronics company, where she secured multiple U.S. patents in artificial intelligence as a co-inventor.
