Thomas Verheyden’s practice focuses on all aspects of EU competition law, including merger control proceedings, antitrust investigations and litigation.

Thomas has represented clients before the European Commission, the Belgian Competition Authority, the French Competition Authority, the Court of Justice of the EU, and in national court. His experience includes advising clients in the telecoms, media and entertainment, healthcare, pharmaceutical, waste and water management, banking, insurance, and healthcare sectors.

Thomas joined the firm as a stagiaire in 2017 and returned as an associate in 2019.
