Timothy Saviola’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters.

He is also active in the firm’s pro bono practice, primarily advising nonprofits and small businesses, including recently assisting the Prospect Park Alliance on various matters.

Tim joined the firm in 2019 and became a partner in 2026. Prior to joining Cleary, he worked at an international consulting firm from 2011 to 2015.
