William A. Groll joined the firm in 1985 and became a partner in 1992, senior counsel in 2016, and partner emeritus in 2026. From 2001 to 2006 he was resident in the London office.
While active, William’s practice focused on public and private merger and acquisition transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions.
