Yong Guk Lee joined the firm in 1992 and became a partner in 1999, senior counsel in 2020, and partner emeritus in 2026. From 1995 to 1997 and from 2004 to 2012, he was resident in the Hong Kong office.
While active, Yong’s practice focused on international securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate matters, including cross-border securities offerings and acquisitions involving Korean entities.
