Zachary L. Baum’s practice focuses on financial institutions, including regulatory, supervisory, and transactional matters.

In addition, Zachary has experience in the formation and regulation of investment advisers and private investment funds, including examinations, general corporate and regulatory advice, and mergers and acquisitions.

Zachary joined the firm in 2017. Prior to attending law school, he was Special Assistant to the Under Secretary of the Treasury for Domestic Finance.
