Zoë McGowan’s practice focuses on real estate mergers and acquisitions and private equity, primarily advising on joint venture arrangements and indirect acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets across a broad range of sectors and asset classes.
She regularly advises international private equity funds, institutional investors, and listed real estate groups on the execution of complex indirect transactions across the UK and Europe. She also advises clients on management agreements and franchise agreements, in particular in connection with hotel and hospitality assets.
