On September 4, 2014, Cleary Gottlieb partner Maurits Dolmans appeared as a panellist at the 9th Annual Conference of the EPIP Association. Mr. Dolmans’ presentation was entitled “Patents and Innovation – The Unified Patent Court as a Honeypot for Trolls and Privateers” and he participated in two panel sessions “Challenges to IP Systems” and “Standard Setting and IP.”
