Cleary Gottlieb partners Leah Brannon, Daniel Culley, Bruce Hoffman, and Ryan Shores and senior counsel David Gelfand spoke at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 2024 Antitrust Spring Meeting.

Leah spoke on the panel, “Failure to Communicate? Improving Expert Testimony,” which explored strategies to enhance the clarity and persuasiveness of expert testimony and presentations.

Daniel spoke on the panel, “From Farm to Table: Dealing With Distributors,” which discussed the increased attention on exchanges of sensitive information and how to steer clear of potential enforcement actions.

Bruce spoke on the panel, “Combating Power Moves While Climbing the Ladder,” which offered guidance on how to manage or advance in a legal practice, whether in-house, private practice, or the government.

Ryan took part in the “Mock Trial,” which featured two trial teams and economists tackling some of the challenging facts and legal issues presented by recent artificial intelligence and algorithm-based cases.

David spoke on the panel, “Airline Mergers: Flying High or Flying Blind?,” which examined the turbulence some airline deals have experienced in the past year.

Cleary associate Lisa Danzig served as a vice chair of the event.
