Cleary Gottlieb partner Katie Gonzalez participated in the ILaw 2026 conference, hosted by The Florida Bar International Law Section.

Katie spoke on the panel, “Inside the Strategy Room: Institutional, Corporate, and Counsel Perspectives on International Arbitration,” addressing dispute resolution clause design, arbitrator selection, procedural structuring, and engagement with administering institutions, with particular attention to the harmonization of common law and civil law processes in evidence, document production, and advocacy, including under the ICDR International Arbitration Rules.
