Chris was a panelist discussing, “Large-scale Disputes in Infrastructure Projects,” which addressed questions including:

• Can there be international construction law without reliance on any domestic legal order?
• Is there a future for standard contract forms? Or will countries tend to encourage national forms for an infrastructure project of national importance?
• What is a concession as a matter of law? Why are the players in the infrastructure market opting for concessions and not for LLCs or LLPs?
