On September 4, 2015, Cleary Gottlieb partner Maurits Dolmans participated in a Morning Briefing – Roundtable Seminar called Huawei v. ZTE: Implications for Antitrust and Patent Law in Brussels. The focus of the seminar, put on by the Liège Competition and Innovation Institute, was to discuss the recent EU Court of Justice decision on Huawei v. ZTE and how it affects SEPs and FRAND requirements, procedural courtesy and the rulings overall implications for patent law.
