Cleary Gottlieb partners Delphine Michot and Jean-Yves Garaud participated in the Paris Dispute Resolution Day organised by Paris Place de Droit (Paris City of Law) on the theme of “The economics of conflict”.

Delphine spoke on the panel “Reputation and the Risk of Litigation: Anticipating, Managing and Protecting the Company and its Stakeholders.”

Jean-Yves co-moderated a panel, alongside Valence Borgia, on the topic of “Third-Party Funding and Collective Actions: Practical, Procedural and Ethical Issues in a Changing Landscape.”
