Cleary Gottlieb partners Sarah Lewis and Sebastian Sperber and counsel Ferdisha Snagg participated in PLI’s 23rd Annual Institute on Securities Regulation in Europe: Practical Implications of U.S. Law on EU Practice.
Sarah moderated the panel, “Regulatory Developments Affecting the Capital Markets in the U.S.,” which examined the main rules, amendments, proposals, and guidance coming out of the U.S. that will affect capital markets practitioners in the EMEA region.
Sebastian served as co-chair of the event and provided opening remarks.
Ferdish moderated the panel, “Technology in Capital Markets,” which reviewed key technology developments impacting financial institutions.
