Cleary Gottlieb partners Laurie Achtouk-Spivak, Christopher P. Moore, and Naomi Tarawali moderated the panel, “Resolving Energy Disputes in Africa: Arbitration and other ADR,” as part of Paris Arbitration Week 2023.

The panel discussion followed a hybrid format with practitioners from around the continent and arbitral institution representatives, who discussed de-escalation strategies in energy disputes and the future for arbitration of energy investment disputes.
