The Italian offices of Cleary Gottlieb presented a seminar titled SICAF: Corporate Matters and Other Topics for Discussion.
After an analysis of the general features of Italian SICAFs (alternative investment vehicles operating under corporate form) and certain implications stemming from the interaction between corporate law and financial regulation, the discussion focused on the practical uses and possible advantages of the SICAF structure.
The seminar was part of the Cleary Corporate Breakfast series at the Rome office (Piazza di Spagna, 15) and the Milan office (Via San Paolo, 7).
