Topics included recent legal developments in the federal whistleblower space, including trends at the SEC and CFTC, as well as analysis of recent whistleblower awards and litigation, including the 2017 Bio-Rad trial in which a former general counsel prevailed against his former company on retaliation grounds and obtained a $15 million jury award.
