Cleary Gottlieb’s New York office hosted pre-moot preparatory sessions for the 29th annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Day.
The event featured student teams from the University of Münster working with Cleary lawyers on moot arbitration scenarios to prepare for a Vis Moot arbitration competition.
Cleary partner Ari D. MacKinnon and associates Katie Gonzalez and Elisa Zavala facilitated the workshop session, which included an introduction to Cleary’s international arbitration practice, the students’ presentations on the Vis Moot problem, and live questioning and feedback from a mock arbitral tribunal.
