Cleary Gottlieb partner Laurie Achtouk-Spivak participated in the Winter Academy on International Arbitration, organized by Luiss School of Law in conjunction with the Centre for International Dispute Settlement (CIDS) in Geneva.

Laurie delivered the lecture, “Dealing with Allegations of Corruption in International Arbitration.”

The Winter Academy provided advanced instruction on key issues in international commercial and investment arbitration by some of the leading practitioners in the world.
