Cleary Gottlieb is representing Goldman Sachs as financial advisor to TE Connectivity, a designer and manufacturer of communications components, in the sale of its Broadband Network Solutions business to CommScope for $3 billion. The deal signed on January 27, 2015 and is expected to close by December 31, 2015.
