Aerostar Airport Holdings is the private operator of the Luis Muñoz Marín (LMM) International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Cleary Gottlieb previously represented Aerostar Airport Holdings in connection with its successful bid to become the operator of LMM, as well as over $650 million in debt and equity financings.
