Banco Davivienda in $160 Million Senior Unsecured Credit Agreement

Cleary Gottlieb represented Banco Davivienda S.A. (Banco Davivienda), as borrower, in a senior unsecured credit facility of $160 million.

Citibank N.A. acted as administrative agent and BofA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., and Wells Fargo Bank N.A. acted as joint lead arrangers and bookrunners.

The credit agreement was signed on October 19, 2022, and the transaction closed on October 24, 2022.

Banco Davivienda is a bank incorporated under the laws of Colombia as a corporation and licensed to operate as a commercial bank. Retail and corporate banking represent the majority of its business operations. Banco Davivienda also provides banking services in Central America through its subsidiaries in Panama, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Honduras, and in the United States through its branch in Miami.
